Relax and let your mind ease as you drift off. The practitioner gently places fingertips on the body on designated areas in a sequence as you release long held tension without manipulation of muscles. Your breath begins to “let go” and you get back into natural unencumbered flow.
After treatment the circulation effects continue to clear, clean and balance for 8 hours. Bliss!
